Delivery & Cash on Delivery
- Cash on Delivery: you pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. No card or advance payment is needed.
- Order confirmation: after you place an order we call or WhatsApp you to confirm it. Orders we cannot confirm are not sent.
- Delivery time: 3–5 working days all over Pakistan after your order is confirmed. Remote areas can take a little longer.
- Delivery charges: shown in your bill at checkout, or confirmed on the call if they depend on your city.
- Tracking: once your parcel is sent we share the courier tracking number, and you can track your order here.
- Where we deliver: all over Pakistan, through courier companies. We do not ship outside Pakistan yet.
- If the rider cannot reach you: the courier usually tries again. If the parcel still cannot be delivered, it comes back to us and we contact you. Please keep your phone on around the delivery days.
- Refusing a parcel: if the outer packing is torn or opened, you may refuse it and tell us on WhatsApp. Refusing a parcel without a reason costs us two-way delivery, so we may ask for the delivery charge on a future order.
- Please check your pieces when you open the parcel. If anything is wrong, tell us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with a photo or an unboxing video.
Change or cancel an order
- Before it is sent: you can change the size, colour or address, or cancel the order — message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Cancelling costs you nothing.
- After it is sent: the order can no longer be changed or cancelled. You can still use our exchange policy once it arrives.
- When we cancel: if a piece goes out of stock, if we cannot reach you to confirm, or if the order details look false. We always tell you first when we can reach you.
7-day exchange policy
- You can exchange a piece within 7 days of receiving it.
- It must be unused, unwashed and unstitched (for unstitched fabric), with all tags and the original packing.
- Exchange is for another size, colour or design of the same or higher price (you pay the difference). We do not give cash refunds.
- If you received a wrong or faulty piece, we exchange it and pay the delivery both ways.
- For any other exchange, the customer pays the delivery charges.
- Sale pieces can be exchanged too, on the same rules. Customised or altered pieces cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty.
- We check every piece that comes back. If it is used, washed, stitched or altered, stained, torn, smells of perfume, has its tags removed, or is not the piece we sent, the exchange is refused and the piece is sent back to you — you pay that delivery.
- Pack the piece well when you send it back. Damage caused on the way by loose packing counts as damage.
- To start an exchange, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo.
- Colour that looks a little different from the photo on your screen is not a fault.
Refunds
- With Cash on Delivery you pay only when the parcel arrives, so a cancelled order needs no refund.
- We normally exchange instead of refunding (see the exchange policy).
- We refund the price of a piece only when it was faulty or wrong and we cannot replace it. We agree the refund method with you on WhatsApp and send it within 7 working days after we receive the piece back.
- Delivery charges are not refunded, except when the mistake was ours.
Size guide
For stitched pieces. Measurements are body measurements in inches. Sizes can differ slightly from brand to brand — if you are between two sizes, choose the bigger one, or ask us on WhatsApp.

Privacy
- We ask only for what we need to deliver your order: name, mobile number, city and address.
- We use it to confirm, send and track your order, and to contact you about it. We do not sell or share it, except with the courier company that delivers your parcel.
- Your bag and your delivery details are remembered on your own device to make your next order faster. You can clear them any time from your browser settings.
- We keep order details for our records (accounts, exchanges, stock). To see or delete the details we hold about you, message us on WhatsApp.
- We never ask for your card, bank or password details. Anyone asking for them in our name is not JoraHub.
Terms
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and stock can change without notice; the price in your confirmed order is the price you pay.
- Every product is labelled Original or Designer Inspired. Designer Inspired pieces are our own versions and are not made by, or connected to, any brand.
- Colours can look slightly different on screens than in real life.
- We may cancel an order if we cannot confirm it, if the piece is out of stock, or if the details look false. You pay nothing for a cancelled order.
- If a price on the website is clearly wrong because of a mistake, we tell you before sending and you can cancel.
- The photos, text and logo on this website belong to JoraHub. Please do not copy them without our permission.
- Links to other services (for example WhatsApp or Google Maps) are provided for your convenience; we are not responsible for those services.
- By placing an order you agree to these terms, our exchange and refund policies, and our privacy policy.
